How soon will my order ship? All of our products are built to order and ship within 2 weeks from date of purchase, except for the listing for Dark Walnut stained Over-the-Toilet Shelves, which will ship within 1 business day.

What method do we use to ship? We use UPS Ground for all items except for some of the ladder shelves which will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

What wood do we use? We use high quality Eastern White Pine on all the products. We don't use any manufactured or compressed board.

Where are we located? We are in south central Kentucky. 

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel any order within 24 hours of ordering if it hasn't shipped yet. 

Can I return my order? Yes you can return your order within 7 days of delivery, however you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 50% restocking fee will apply because of the high cost of shipping and the custom nature of these products.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? Please contact me if your order gets damaged during shipping. We will typically replace the damaged part or piece on a case by case basis. We try to pack the items very securely and have very little problems with damage.
